As we expand into the German market, we’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Account Executive to help bring our proven grid solutions to new partners in Germany. What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Lead Volue’s go-to-market strategy in Germany for grid-focused software solutions
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with distribution system operators and municipal utilities
- Drive a consultative sales process: from identifying needs to solution design and proposal
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposals, procurement, and negotiation
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and solution engineering teams to adapt materials to the German market
- Act as the foundation of Volue’s commercial presence in Germany, with the opportunity to shape future growth
What you need to succeed:
- At least 8 years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in the utility, grid technology, or critical infrastructure space
- Deep familiarity with DSOs, public utilities, or energy sector procurement processes in Germany
- Understanding of Germany’s energy transition (Energiewende), regulation, and market dynamics
- A self-driven mindset; you enjoy taking ownership and working independently
- Fluency in German and English; able to lead strategic conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel.

We are looking to hire for Volue offices in Munich, Berlin, Aachen or Cologne but will be ready to consider other locations for the right candidate.
