Sales Operations Intern

We are now seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support our efforts in optimising how we respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This project-based role sits within the Sales Operations team in our Oslo office and reports to the VP of Marketing and Communications. This is a 50% part-time internship, initially for six months, with the opportunity to extend if there is a continued need in the organisation.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Map and analyse the current RFP response process to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
- Develop standardised templates, documentation, and best practices for RFP responses in close collaboration with security, legal, and quality teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Make templates and assets easily accessible across the commercial function to streamline collaboration and maximise effeiency.
- Provide recommendations for long-term process improvements based on project insights.
What we think you need to succeed:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in business, law, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to structure complex information.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
