Sales Development Representative

We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to grow our energy trading software and market insights business. In this role, you will be at the forefront of engaging new customers, building strong relationships, and introducing them to Volue’s innovative solutions.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand how Volue’s software can add value to their business. Your work will be instrumental in shaping their first impression of Volue and expanding our market presence.
We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and experience levels, whether you are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a related field.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
Building Meaningful Customer Connections
- Develop a structured approach to identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
- Engage decision-makers through phone, email, social media, marketing campaigns, and events to build relationships.
- Understand customer needs and challenges, translating them into tailored solutions.
Contributing to a Growing Industry
- Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to anticipate new opportunities.
- Represent Volue in a professional, approachable, and customer-focused way.
- Report insights on competitors, customer challenges, and areas for innovation.
What you need to succeed:
- Knowledge of the energy industry; experience is a benefit.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
