We are now looking for a Senior Service Specialist to join our growing and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the energy sector who’s eager to grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, support our customers in improving their energy operations, and contribute to the sustainable transformation of the Nordic and European energy markets.

What you'll be doing:

You have several years of experience in the energy market sector and understand how Nordic physical energy markets operate — including the processes and systems behind them.

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and delivering continuous services to customers using Volue’s in-house and 3rd party energy management systems
• Forecasting and energy procurement services
• Trading services (DA, ID, Ancillary)
• Settlement and reporting services
• Acting as the main service contact for specific customers
• Keeping customer-specific documentation and instructions up to date
• Advising and supporting customers with complex service-related issues
• Sharing knowledge and supporting internal teams (e.g. 24/7 control room)
• Monitoring and reporting on service levels (SLAs)

What will help you succeed:

We’re looking for someone who combines an analytical mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Deep knowledge and curiosity about physical energy markets (including different market types, trading strategies, and multimarket optimisation)
• Experience with Energy Management Systems or similar applications
• A structured, solution-oriented approach and a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Finnish (both written and spoken)
• Motivation to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to team success
