We’re currently looking for a Senior Trading Consultant to help us enhance customer value and drive impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse range of clients, supporting them in managing and trading energy portfolios using our cutting-edge software solutions. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams within Volue – including Product, Sales, and Development – to deliver meaningful results.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Develop deep expertise in our trading products and solutions.
• Deliver tailored training and consulting to help customers maximise the value of our software, improving their trading performance and reliability.
• Partner with customers in various roles (e.g. traders, developers) to understand their needs and workflows.
• Support internal process improvements in Customer Success, including onboarding and webinars.
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders across departments.

What you need to succeed: 

• A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a technical field.
• One or more of the following:
  • A strong interest in the energy industry
  • Solid knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
  • Experience in trading, development, QA, or technical support
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Analytical thinking; experience with data or statistical analysis is a plus.
• Motivation to move into a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and German.
