We are now looking for a Junior SCADA Engineer to join our growing team.

What you'll be doing:

You don’t need to know everything from day one — we’ll help you build your skills.
As you develop in the role, you’ll:

• Learn to operate, maintain and optimise SCADA systems and communications.
• Support customers in solving technical challenges and improving performance.
• Work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team that values teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Take part in innovative projects that help shape the future of the energy industry.
• Continuously grow your technical and professional skills based on your interests and strengths.

What will help you succeed:

We are looking for someone with a technical mindset, curiosity and a willingness to learn – previous work experience is not required.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Technology or a related subject.
• An interest in energy systems, automation or data communication. 
• A basic understanding of, or curiosity about, SCADA systems and communication protocols (IEC-104, ICCP, OPC UA, etc.). 
• A structured, problem-solving approach and a positive attitude. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – you enjoy working with people.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Motivation to learn, develop and contribute to a shared success.

Experience with high-voltage systems, relay protection or industrial communication is a bonus — but not essential.
