We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our welcoming and diverse team in Munich. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that Volue continues to deliver value to its customers—aligned with our mission.

As the first point of contact for IT on-site in Munich, you will be the central hub for all IT services—from network and server management to handling daily technical challenges with laptops, printers, and other devices. Additionally, you will support our employees in Germany and other countries remotely.

Your Responsibilities:

• Solution-oriented IT support – Ensure that all colleagues can work smoothly by quickly and efficiently resolving IT issues.
• Assisting with software & IT processes – Explain complex IT topics in an understandable way and help employees navigate the digital workplace confidently.
• Installation & configuration – Set up and configure hardware and software on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, focusing on efficiency and user-friendliness.
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving – Analyze and resolve technical issues related to email, applications, networks, printers, Active Directory, file systems, and VPN.
• Contributing to IT projects – Actively participate in the development and improvement of innovative IT solutions.
• Collaboration with internal & external IT partners – Coordinate technical matters and work closely with relevant stakeholders.
• Optimizing technical processes – Improve workflows and maintain up-to-date IT documentation.
• Procurement & infrastructure optimization – Obtain quotes for IT equipment and contribute to enhancing IT infrastructure.

What you need to succeed:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft Windows, and Mac OS.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Willingness to continuously develop and learn new technologies.
• Fluency in German and good level of English.

The position reports to Head of IT Operations and cooperates closely with team members across Europe. We are looking to hire for Volue office in Munich.
