Are you passionate about building relationships, solving challenges, and driving meaningful change? We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our collaborative and inclusive team, helping Volue continue to provide innovative solutions that create value for our customers.
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, nurturing client relationships, and helping companies navigate the future of energy and technology. Your work will have a direct impact, from identifying opportunities to selling value-driven solutions that make a difference.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Building Strong Client Relationships – Establish trusted connections with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the best solutions.
- Driving Sales Growth – Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.

Strategic Account Planning – Develop and maintain account plans, identify new opportunities, and contribute to Volue’s growth.
- Communicating with Impact – Present, promote, and sell solutions with confidence, using value-based arguments that resonate with clients.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
- Leading with Passion – Bring creativity, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- Experience & Expertise – A background in business, economics, or engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the energy market).
- SaaS Knowledge – Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) and how to sell complex solutions that drive long-term value.
- Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German
- Strategic & Goal-Oriented – A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects, achieve targets, and deliver results.
- Curious & Customer-Focused – A desire to learn, adapt, and innovate, always keeping the customer’s needs at the center.
- Collaborative & Supportive – A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working alongside diverse colleagues.
- Willingness to Travel – Flexibility to meet clients and attend industry events, helping to grow your network and expand Volue’s presence.
