Sales Development Representative

We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow our energy trading software and market insights business. In this role, you will engage with new and exisiting customers, build trusted relationships, and introduce them to Volue’s innovative solutions.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand how Volue’s software can create value for their business. Your work will shape their first impression of Volue and contribute directly to our growth and long-term partnerships.

What you will be doing to make a difference:
Map strategic accounts and identify opportunities and key stakeholders
Develop and execute targeted lead generation and prospecting activities across the Volue product portfolio within enterprise accounts
Take a structured approach to identifying and reaching out to potential customers
Engage decision-makers through phone, email, social media, marketing campaigns, and events to build long-term relationships
Understand customer needs and challenges, translating them into relevant solutions
Coordinate and support marketing and sales activities across communication channels targeting enterprise accounts in your region
Contributing to a Growing Industry
Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
Represent Volue in a professional, approachable, and customer-focused way
Share insights on competitors, customer challenges, and areas for innovation
What you need to succeed:
Interest in or knowledge of the energy industry (experience is a plus, but not required)
Excellent communication skills in English
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Ability to research and present information clearly
A collaborative mindset and appreciation for teamwork
A customer-first approach
Strong active listening skills
Experience running discovery meetings is beneficial
