We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager who will help continuously strengthen Volue’s ability to deliver value to customers in line with our mission.

Your Impact at Volue 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in parallel

• Developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

• Coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and effective execution

• Leading the planning and development of project ways of working and processes within the VEMS organization

• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with key stakeholders

• Monitoring, communicating, and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders

• Managing project finances and timelines, ensuring objectives are achieved

• Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Leading, supporting, and mentoring other team members

 What you Bring to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• At least 10 years of experience in project management, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role

• A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments

• Confidence in using project management tools and software

This position reports to Vice President, Operations and works closely with the service delivery teams. The role is based at the Volue office in Porvoo, with flexible remote or hybrid working options available. Some travel may be required depending on project and customer needs.
