IT Project Management Office Specialist

We are now looking for an IT PMO Specialist who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission. This entails supporting development operations through structured processes, reporting, and governance. In order to achieve this, you will be working together with the CTO and managers in the Development department.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Monitor and report on the status of development teams across the organization.
- Support budgeting processes, including creation, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of development-related reports.
- Suggest and implement improvements to tracking and reporting processes.
- Maintain development processes, templates, and tools used across teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between Development and other departments.
- Promote and help deliver training on development and project management best practices.
- Act as the single point of contact for Development governance and internal organizational processes.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a development operations, PMO, or coordination role within a software development organization.
- Experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools; knowledge of Visual Basic (VB) or Power BI is a plus.
- Certifications in Agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) are a plus.
- Additional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are also beneficial.

The position reports to the Head of Development Processes and cooperates closely with the CTO and managers in the Development department. We are looking to hire for the Volue office in Gdańsk, but will be ready to consider other locations for the right candidate.
