What you will be doing to make the difference:
- Customer Support: Provide assistance to our customers in line with the applicable service agreements.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Engage in analysis, troubleshooting, and follow-up on technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Solution Testing: Participate in testing our solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards.
What you need to succeed:
- Education & Experience: Relevant education from college/university or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems, including OS Windows and/or Linux.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and a Norwegian language. Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.
- Collaboration: Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with system configuration, integrations, data communication, and SQL queries.
